REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you create with ChalkyDot — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

 

You may return most physical products within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, as per EU consumer law.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include all original packaging and accessories

  • You must contact us before returning the item

❌ The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Custom-made or 3D-printed items

  • Opened sprays, inks, or perishable/flammable items

  • Gift cards

2. How to Request a Return

 

To start a return, email us at support@chalkydot.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return (optional)

Once approved, we’ll give you the return address and instructions.

3. Where to Send Returns

 

All returns should be sent to:

Stadiou 54, 38446 Volos, Greece
Please include your name and order number inside the package.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, ChalkyDot will cover the return shipping cost or issue a prepaid label (where possible).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or defect

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

7. Digital Goods & Downloads

All digital products (including STL files, guides, and artwork) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues or errors, please contact us for support.

8. Marketplace & Creator Products

All products sold through our  Creators’ Marketplace are covered by this same refund policy, and all customer service is handled directly by ChalkyDot.

Creators do not handle returns or refunds themselves — we’ve got your back.
