To ensure a fair, insparing and legal sound environment we ask all users, vendors and costumers to follow the guidelines below. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

ChalkyDot is the online brand of the business operated from the physical location “Stage eSports.”

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 16 years old to make purchases on this website. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

️3. Use of Brands, Logos & Trademarks

 

     -  3.1 We may display or mention brands and logos, including those we do not directly resell, for comparison, reference, identification or educational purposes only.

     -  3.2 We use a mix of official brand media (where permitted) and original product photography/designs created by our team.

     -  3.3 We are part of official reseller programs, including the Games Workshop Partner Program. Trademarks from such partnerships are used in accordance with their respective terms.

     -  3.4 Creators are allowed to reference brands in their product descriptions, provided it is truthful, non-deceptive, and respectful of trademark rules. For example, saying "compatible with Citadel paints" or "inspired by Warhammer 40K" is acceptable; claiming a product is officially licensed when it is not is not allowed.

4. Products & Services

 

ChalkyDot is an independent retailer and creative platform that offers:

  • Physical goods (tools, paints, models, accessories)

  • Digital content (downloadable files, guides, printables)

  • 3D printing services (custom or on-demand production)

  • Products by creators in our curated marketplace

Some items are made to order and may require additional processing time.

Original pruducts and accessories alongside official licensed products.

4.1 3D Printing Services – File Legality & Rejection Policy

 

By submitting a file for 3D printing, you confirm that:

  • You hold the legal right to use, reproduce, and print the model.

  • The model does not infringe on intellectual property (e.g. Games Workshop, Disney, Marvel).

  • The file is not a scan, rip, or unauthorized copy of commercial products.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject files for any legal, ethical, or branding concern

  • Request proof of licensing

  • Cancel and refund any order that breaches these terms

     3D Printing Services & Customer Uploads

 

     -  4.1.1 Customers may submit requests for 3D printing of fan-made or IP-related models (e.g. “I want a Pikachu figure”) as part of our custom 3D print service.

     -  4.1.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use any files they upload for printing. ChalkyDot acts as a service provider and assumes no liability for copyright violations in uploaded files.

     -  4.1.3 Designs that are clearly labeled as "fan art" or "inspired by" are allowed, as long as they don’t claim official status or use protected logos.

5. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal.

6. Pricing Errors Disclaimer

 

In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system issue, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order, even if payment has already been processed.

7. Creator-Specific Rights

 

All products sold through our Creators’ Marketplace are curated and handled by ChalkyDot.

Creators agree to operate under contract, and:

  • Retain intellectual property rights over their original work unless explicitly transferred

  • Grant ChalkyDot permission to market, sell, and handle customer service

ChalkyDot reserves the right to:

  • Remove listings that violate law, ethics, or platform values

  • Terminate a creator’s account in case of repeated violations

     Creator Contributions & Rights

 

        7.1 All creators maintain full copyright ownership of the designs, images, and products they upload and sell through ChalkyDot.

        7.2 By listing a product or submitting content, you grant ChalkyDot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes — always with proper attribution.

        7.3 We allow fan art and inspired works (e.g. designs inspired by Pokémon, Star Wars, Marvel, etc.) as long as creators clearly state that the product is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original IP holders. ChalkyDot reserves the right to remove listings that receive legitimate IP complaints.

        7.4 All creator-submitted products will undergo a manual review process by our team before going live on the site

8. Dispute Resolution / Jurisdiction

 

All disputes or claims arising under these Terms will be governed by Greek law.
The competent courts of Volos, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matter.

9. Disclaimer on Use of Artistic Products

 

The effectiveness or performance of tools and materials (paints, brushes, etc.) depends on individual use.
We are not liable for results that fall short of expectations or variations in results due to user technique or conditions.

10. Digital Access Limitations

 

For downloadable digital content (e.g. STL files, guides, digital arts):

  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial license.

  • Sharing, reselling, or mass distributing digital files is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to limit downloads or revoke access in case of abuse.

11. Limitation of Custom Work

 

For made-to-order or custom services (e.g. 3D printing, creator commissions):

  • Turnaround times are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Variations may occur based on materials, design complexity and creator availability.

Offensive, unlawful, or dangerous requests will be declined.

13. Intellectual Property - Disclaimers & Legal Responsibility

 

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of ChalkyDot or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

        13.1 ChalkyDot serves as a platform for third-party creators. We do not assume legal responsibility for the content, originality, or copyright status of products labeled as “Creator Products.”

        13.2 We reserve the right to remove any product or listing that violates intellectual property laws or is subject to valid takedown requests.

        13.3 Creators are strictly prohibited from misusing brand names, logos, or claiming any form of official affiliation with rights-holding companies unless it is explicitly authorized.

       13.4 All creator products are sold under their respective licenses or agreements. ChalkyDot operates as a production and marketplace platform for approved as a production and marketplace platform for approved designs.

14. Privacy & Data

 

We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

15. Community Conduct & Content Rules

 

        5.1 We expect all creators and customers to act respectfully, ethically, and in the spirit of collaboration and creativity.

        5.2 The following content is strictly prohibited on our platform:
            – Hate speech or discriminatory content
            – Adult or explicit materials
            – Political propaganda or inflammatory content
            – Content that promotes violence or harm

        Listings that violate these rules will be removed and may result in account suspension.

16. Account Termination

 

ChalkyDot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abusive behavior

  • Repeated policy violations

17. Changes to Terms

 

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes become effective upon being posted. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
