SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping destinations

 

We ship from Greece to:

  • Greece (Domestic)

  • European Union (EU)

If a destination is not available at checkout, it means we cannot currently ship there.

2. Order processing time

 

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Cutoff time: Orders placed after 18:00 (Greece time) are processed starting the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

3. Delivery times (transit estimates)

 

Delivery time depends on the destination, courier network, and local conditions:

  • Greece: typically 1–3 business days

  • EU: typically 3–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Shipping methods & carriers

 

We currently offer courier-to-door delivery.

Carriers may include (depending on availability and destination): ΕΛΤΑ, UPS, DHL, Γενική Ταχυδρομική, Box Now.

5. Shipping costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Flat shipping fees and/or

  • Weight-based rates (depending on destination and the products in your cart).

Any available shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

6. Free shipping promotions

 

From time to time, we may offer free shipping as part of a marketing campaign, seasonal promotion, or advertisement.

When free shipping is active, the exact terms (eligible destinations, minimum order value, product exceptions, and duration) will be clearly shown:

  • on the relevant campaign page and/or

  • at checkout.

7. Tracking

 

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link/number by email once your order is dispatched.

8. Restricted shipping items (aerosols / spray products)

 

Some products require special handling and may have shipping limitations.

Aerosol / spray products are shipped to Greece only.
If such items are not eligible for shipping to your location, the checkout will prevent the purchase or show only eligible shipping options.

9. Made-to-order products (including 3D printing)

 

Some items are produced after your purchase (for example, 3D printed items or custom-made products).

For made-to-order items:

  • The estimated lead time will be specified, and

  • Any made-to-order lead times and dispatch details will be confirmed in your order confirmation.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, dispatch may occur once the full order is ready, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

10. Creators’ Marketplace fulfillment

 

Products sold through the Creators’ Marketplace may be shipped directly by the creator (third-party seller).

This means that:

  • processing times, packaging, and dispatch may vary by creator,

  • you may receive separate parcels and/or separate tracking links for marketplace items,

  • delivery estimates shown at checkout remain best-effort estimates based on the information available.

11. Address accuracy

 

Please make sure your shipping address details are correct (including full address, postal code, name on the door/bell when applicable, and phone number).

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

12. Damaged, missing, or lost parcels

 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • clear photos of the outer packaging,

  • photos of the damaged item(s),

  • your order number.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

  • check with household members/neighbors and your local courier office first,

  • then contact us so we can assist with a courier investigation.
