Vallejo Game Color Blue Ink is a highly pigmented water-based acrylic ink designed for painting fantasy figures, wargame miniatures, and detailed hobby models. Its intense blue tone is ideal for shading, glazing, tinting, and enhancing details with smooth, transparent color.
 
What it does
Creates a strong transparent blue tone for shading, glazing, and color tinting.
Flows easily into recesses to help define armor panels, cloth folds, scales, runes, and surface details.
Excellent for blue shadows, magical effects, energy weapons, gems, lenses, sea creatures, and cold fantasy schemes.
Can be used to intensify existing blue colors or create smooth transitions over lighter basecoats.
Works with brush application and can also be used with an airbrush when properly thinned. 
 
How to use
Shake well before use.
Apply with a brush directly into recesses for strong blue definition.
Thin with water or Vallejo medium for softer glazes and smoother tinting.
Use over white, grey, silver, blue, or turquoise basecoats depending on the effect you want.
For airbrush use, dilute properly and apply in light transparent layers.

Use Blue Ink over metallic silver to create quick magical steel, enchanted weapons, or blue armor panels. For glowing crystals and lenses, paint a light base first, glaze Blue Ink over it, then add a tiny white highlight at the brightest point for extra shine.
