How to use
Prime your model for best adhesion and consistency.
Shake well, then apply 2 thin coats for the smoothest electric-blue finish.
Shade the recesses with a darker blue, then re-layer Electric Blue on raised areas for crisp definition.

ChalkyDot Tip: For a convincing “powered glow,” keep Electric Blue on the brightest zones only, then add a tiny off-white dot at the hottest point (lens center / rune core). One dot sells the light effect instantly.
