What it does
Creates a real crackle surface as it dries (dry, broken earth look).
Adds texture + colour in one step (great for fast basing).
Crack size varies with how thick you apply it—thin = finer cracks, thick = bigger plates.
 
How to use
Apply with an old brush or spatula straight from the pot.
Spread thicker where you want bold cracking, thinner for subtle breakup.
Let it dry fully without touching it while it’s cracking.
Optional finish: drybrush edges lighter, add pigments for dust, and tufts for contrast.
