Citadel Layer: Pallid Wych Flesh (12ml)
A very pale bone/ivory flesh tone Layer paint made for crisp highlights and smooth layering—perfect for “pale skin” schemes, undead tones, cloth highlights, and pushing bone/ivory up toward near-white without going chalky.
What it does
Designed for clean highlights and building up layers over Base paints.
Dries to a smooth matt finish for tidy, readable results.
Water-based acrylic in a 12ml pot.
How to use
Apply over your basecoat (flesh/bone/light grey works great).
Thin slightly and build up 2–3 thin layers on raised areas.
Use it as an edge highlight on cloth/armour panels, or as a final “clean-up” tone for pale details.
Best for
Pale skin (undead, vampires, ghosts, sickly tones)
Bone/ivory highlights (skulls, teeth, horns)
Light cloth and “aged white” areas that need soft, warm highlights

ChalkyDot Tip: If you want highlights that look natural, use Pallid Wych Flesh as the final “broad” highlight—then add only a tiny pinpoint of pure off-white on the sharpest corners. Your model stays smooth, not chalky.
