Vallejo Game Color: Parasite Brown

What it does
Water-based acrylic for Fantasy & Wargame figures.
New Game Color formulation is described as smoother, more fluid, more opaque, with high pigment saturation and good light resistance.
Dries fast and forms a self-leveling film that preserves detail; adheres well to resin, plastic, steel, and white metal.
 
How to use
Prime first for best adhesion and consistent tone.
Shake well, then apply 2 thin coats (brown looks best when it’s smooth).
Shade deeper recesses with a dark brown/sepia wash, then re-layer Parasite Brown on raised areas for clean definition.

ChalkyDot Tip: For realistic leather fast: base Parasite Brown, shade recesses, then edge-highlight by mixing a touch of bone/off-white into Parasite Brown—keep highlights small so it reads “worn,” not “beige.”
