A bright turquoise/blue Layer paint made for smooth layering and crisp highlights—perfect for energy glow accents, Lizardmen/Seraphon schemes, teal armour panels, and clean “pop” highlights over darker blues and greens.
 
What it does
Designed for crisp highlights and building up layers over Base paints.
Dries to a smooth matt finish for clean, readable colour transitions.
Water-based acrylic, easy to thin and control.
 
How to use
Paint a darker blue/teal basecoat first.
Thin slightly and apply 2–3 thin layers on raised areas and edges (Layer paints reward thin coats).
For glow effects, concentrate Temple Guard Blue toward the “brightest point” (center of coils/runes), leaving the darker colour around it.
